Floradix® Iron Sport Liquid Mineral & Vitamin is formulated to support increased iron requirements of athletes participating in high intensity training.* Iron is essential for normal oxygen transport and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. This gentle, easily absorbed plant-based liquid extract also includes magnesium for muscle function and electrolyte balance, vitamin D for healthy bones, and B-vitamins to support energy metabolism.*

With 12.6 mg iron from ferrous gluconate per serving.

With zinc and copper for protein synthesis and iron transport.*
Easily absorbed, gentle-to-digest liquid extract, non-constipating.

Adults (12 and over): Take 4 tsp. (20 mL) once daily.

Take on an empty stomach, approx, 30 min before a meal.

Shake bottle well before use.

Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.

So glad we found this Floradix
My daughter has Alfa Gal syndrome. She was severely anemic. This has made a huge difference.

Delicious and effective!
Iron Sport is such a great combo for athletes and anyone who lives an active lifestyle. It’s so nice to have a lot of the vitamins we depend on for higher levels of training all in one package. I used to be chronically low on iron, but if I focused on keeping up with that, would dip in other areas. This puts me so much more at ease.

I’ve used Floradix since childhood, grew up having Iron absorption issues and my Polish mother made sure Floradix was always available when needed.
I still love it! It’s not constipating and works quickly. The B vitamins provide much needed energy when iron is low. You may ask why am taking one star off, well after all these years Floradix should be able to figure out no sugar added formula and at least tell us what type of sugar is used in their products? It only says various juices concentrates? Otherwise great product:)
