If you are not 100% happy with one of our products purchased from Salus, please let us know and we will issue a refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Salus 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Returns Process  

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

45 days from the ship date from Salus. You must submit your guarantee request during this period.

HOW DO I START MY RETURN?

If you purchased your product from Salus: Click the Start a Return button below.

If you purchased your product from a Salus authorized seller: Returns for purchases made from authorized sellers should be initiated with the place of purchase and are subject to the seller’s return policy. Please contact the seller directly to initiate the return process. Salus is unable to reimburse purchases made from authorized sellers.

If you need additional assistance with a return, please call 1-800-273-5485 or email hello@floradixusa.com.  Please have your order or account information available and a brief explanation of why you are unhappy with the product.

If your request is approved, you may be required to submit a copy of your proof of purchase (if you have not already done so). Additionally, in certain cases, you may be required to submit photos of your product and/or its packaging and labeling, and/or mail the unused portion of your Salus product to Salus to the address we provide.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

If the lid, seal, or label is damaged please contact Customer Support and we will assist in returning the product free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: If the glass is broken or leaking, safely dispose of the product. There is no need to return this item.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE? 

In most cases, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee.

GUARANTEE GUIDELINES 

Salus reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Salus 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
