- Each vegetarian tablet includes 10 mg of nutritional iron.
- Purity-tested, non-GMO, vegan, alcohol-free, gluten-free, and yeast-free, with no artificial additives or sweeteners.
Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily before meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
CAUTION: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants in the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Hypersensitivity or allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
Vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, iron, proprietary blend (dried mixed extract of spinach leaf, carrot root, fennel seed, centaury, rose hip extract).
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, rice starch, rose hip concentrate, silicon dioxide, calcium salts of fatty acids, hydrogenated palm oil, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, modified starch, and stearic acid.

I could barely walk 50 ft without needing to sit and rest, nor could I climb consecutive flights of steps.
