Children 4+ years old and adults: 1 tbsp. (15 mL) once daily. Shake bottle well before using.

Store unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (41-77 ˚F). Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Take on empty stomach, approx. 30 min before a meal, keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within four weeks. Keep away from children. Store upright.

Liquid iron may cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.

Our liquid supplements do not contain any artificial preservatives and require refrigeration upon opening. Once open, use within four weeks. Prior to opening, store the bottles in a cool, dry place (59-77 ̊F).
